Cap’s Boat is a rental boat agency, who rents sailboats and motorboats with or without crew. The society is an intermediary between customers and providers. Cap’s Boat can not be responsible for accidents and   damages who occured during the trip, if there's a disrespect of rules and formalities in effect inside the different countries. It will be the same in case of force majeure, (such as a strike), lateness,   losses, damages, baggage robbery, or bad weathers conditions .    

Price
Prices are communicated during the booking and are calculated on the base of the booking day's exchange rate. Prices can be modificated if economical or polititical circumstances have changed. All the prices are good except printing or publishing errors.

 

Booking
Customers must pay  50% of the price after booking and the balance four weeks before the departure. (except special agreement).

Cancellation   

Each cancellation must be send to Cap’s Boat by registered mail. All the contrac'st accounts can not be refund to the customer

Insurance
Boats ares all-risks insured, included damages caused to another person, with an insurance excess written on the rental contract or the voucher.

Deposit and Excess
Deposit is a warranty destinated to cover the insurance excess, for damages, desertion of the boat in another harbour, etc…Deposit must be paid before the boarding, and must be refund at the end of the cruise if everything in the boat is ok. In case of accident covered by the insurance company, the insurance excess is the maximum amount that the customer have to pay.

Amounts of deposit and insurance excesss are written on the rental contract.

Cancellation insurance, help and repurchase of insurance excess or deposit.

During the boat booking, we propose a cancelling insurance with repatriation help, deposit's or excess repurchase, available for each passenger. We used to work with two partners.

After sales service
In case of dissension with the services' provider, or for every non-considered litigation. You must send us aregistered mail, at least 15 days after your come back, with all the justifications.
